Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

Quick and easy cancellation by email

We recommend that you simply send your cancellation by email to support@safersox.com. This is the quickest and easiest way to exercise your right of cancellation. We will deal with your request immediately and process your cancellation as quickly as possible.

Legal obligation to provide further information

We are legally obliged to provide you with a sample cancellation form and our postal address if you wish to cancel by post. Although this is not the quickest method, it fulfils the legal requirements to protect your consumer rights.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation.

For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Return of the goods

You must return or hand over the goods to our dispatch warehouse in Germany (Ahaus, NRW) immediately and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 30 days have expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.

Sample cancellation form

We are legally obliged to provide you with the sample cancellation form. It is not necessary for you to use this form.
