Customs & taxes

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import charges may apply. These are payable by the recipient. We recommend checking the applicable regulations with your local customs authorities before placing your order.

United Kingdom: For orders up to £135 we collect UK VAT and remit it directly to HMRC. For orders above £135, additional customs and import charges may be payable by the recipient upon delivery.

Shipping to the USA: Direct shipping to the USA is currently not possible. Due to new US customs regulations, DHL has temporarily suspended parcel delivery for business customers. We are working on a solution and will notify you as soon as US shipping is available again.
