§ 2 Right of return
You can return all items purchased in the online shop free of charge within 30 days without giving any reason. Please also note the return policy in Section 10.
Please note that in this case the delivered goods may only be used for the purpose of testing - as would be usual in a shop for trying on - and must be returned with the original label. We reserve the right to demand compensation if the goods have deteriorated due to further use.
§ 3 Conclusion of contract
a.) The presentation of goods in the online shop is merely a non-binding invitation to you to order goods in the online shop.
b.) By sending the order, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
c.) The offer is accepted by delivery of the goods. The automatically generated order confirmation e-mail does not constitute acceptance of the offer, but merely documents that the order has been received by us.
d.) Safersox is free not to accept online orders. The decision to do so is at Safersox's own discretion. If Safersox does not fulfil an online order, Safersox will inform the customer immediately.

Further details can be found in our privacy policy.
§ 11 Statutory return policy
a.) Right of return
You can return the goods received without giving reasons within 30 days by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form (e.g. as a letter, fax, e-mail), but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfilment of our information obligations in accordance with Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 para. 1 and 2 EGBGB and our obligations in accordance with § 312e para. 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Only in the case of goods that cannot be sent by parcel post (e.g. bulky goods) can you also declare the return by requesting the return in text form. Timely dispatch of the goods or the return request is sufficient to meet the deadline.
The return must be sent to:
Safersox
c/o Lumundi Versand GmbH
Dieselstr. 12
48683 Ahaus
Ahaus, Germany
b.) Consequences of return
In the event of an effective return, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. advantages of use) surrendered. If the goods have deteriorated, compensation may be demanded. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection - as would have been possible in a shop, for example. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for any deterioration caused by the intended use of the goods by not using the goods as if they were your property and by refraining from doing anything that could impair their value. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of the goods or the request to take them back, for us with the receipt.
End of the returns policy
c.) Note on exceptions
The right of return does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to individual customer specifications or are clearly customised to personal requirements. Our legal liability due to quality defects remains unaffected by this.
§ 12 Warranty
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the statutory warranty provisions shall apply.

This platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online purchase or service contracts in which a consumer is involved.
